    Option(1) : 2nd Class Post - £2.50
    Any purchases before 12pm Monday - Friday will be printed and posted the same day. All purchases after 12pm on a Friday will be printed and posted on the next business day. Please note that Royal Mail 2nd Class items are delivered within 2-3 working days and they aim to deliver 98% within 3 working days of posting.

    Option(2) : 1st Class Post - £3.50
    All vouchers purchased before 12pm Monday - Friday will be printed and posted the same day. All vouchers purchased after 12pm on a Friday will be printed and posted on the next business day. Please note that Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day, however please allow up to 3 working days before contacting us.

    Option(3) : Royal Mail Signed For - £4.50
    The Royal Mail signed for delivery timeframe is the same as 1st Class Post, however the recipient will be required to sign for the item when the delivery is attempted.

    Option(4) : Guaranteed Next Day - £9.50
    All vouchers purchased before 12pm Monday - Thursday will be printed and posted the same day, and guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm the next day. (Excludes weekends).

    Option(5) : Standard International (Europe) - £5.10
    Any purchases before 12pm Monday - Friday will be printed and posted the same day. All purchases after 12pm on a Friday will be printed and posted on the next business day. Please note that Royal Mail aim to deliver Standard International mail to Europe within 3 to 5 working days.

    Option(6) : Standard International (Rest of World) - £6.10
    Any purchases before 12pm Monday - Friday will be printed and posted the same day. All purchases after 12pm on a Friday will be printed and posted on the next business day. Please note that Royal Mail aim to deliver Standard International mail outside of Europe within 5 to 7 working days.

    These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time, and apply to all our services directly available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing a reservation/Gift Voucher Purchase, you therefore acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including our privacy statement), and to the additional terms and conditions as set out by the businesses advertising on this site.

    These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online hotel reservation / gift voucher service provided on these pages and through the website (the "service") are owned, operated and provided by Book on Line Limited, a registered company in England with company number 7528379 whose registered office is Partnership House, 84 Lodge Road, Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 6RG ("ibookedonline.com", "us", "we" or "our") and are provided for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.

    1. Your Privacy
    ibookedonline.com uses high standards and respects the privacy of its users. Unless otherwise required to disclose information when required by a court of law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name and email address for completing your booking with the relevant hotel of your choice, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your prior consent.

    We DO NOT store credit card details in any format on / or within this website, and its database behind it.

    We are not responsible for any advertiser using this site that may contact you with their own special offers and events.

    2. Our Services
    Through the website we (Book on Line Limited and its affiliate (distribution) partners) provide an online platform through which companies can advertise their products/services for reservation and or gift voucher(s), and through which visitors to the website can make such reservations and or purchases. By making a reservation and or purchase through ibookedonline.com, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the client at which you have booked to stay at, or the company for which you have purchased a gift voucher. From the point at which you make your reservation, we act solely as an intermediary between you and the company, transmitting the details of your transaction to the relevant company and sending you a confirmation email for and on behalf of the company.

    When rendering our services, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by the companies that use our services. As such, the companies are given access to an admin extranet through which they are fully responsible for updating all rates, availability and other information which is displayed on our website. Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information.

    Each establishment remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including the rates and availability) displayed on our website. Our website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of (the quality, service level or rating of) any establishment made available.

    Our services are made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, you are not allowed to re-sell, deep-link, use, copy, monitor (e.g. spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on our website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

    3. Prices
    The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on ibookedonline.com website for room bookings is based either on a per room or per person basis, and is set by the property on this basis, unless otherwise stated by the hotels description for your entire stay and are displayed including VAT and all other taxes (subject to change of such taxes), unless stated differently on our website or the confirmation email.

    Sometimes cheaper rates are available on our website for a specific stay at a hotel, however, these rates made by hotels may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example
    in respect to cancellation and refund. Please check the room and rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

    In the event of a cross out rate, we have compared the original rate set by the establishment with the new rate entered by the establishment. Please be aware that rates can go up as well as down.

    The currency converter is a real-time converter,
    however
     it should be used for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate.

    4. Free of charge
    Our service is free of charge. We will not charge you any additional admin fees or commission for our service or add any additional (reservation) fees to the room rate or gift voucher pricing.

    5. Payments & Refunds
    Companies require payment upfront for all room bookings and gift voucher purchases. Payment is using a 3rd party payment provider that is not associated with our website. We will not transmit any of your payment card details, you will be redirected to a secure payment page depending on the payment processor that the company chooses to work with.

    In the event of credit card fraud or unauthorised use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover all the charges resulting from such fraud or misuse, which may sometimes be subject to a deductible (usually set at EUR 50 (or the equivalent in your local currency)). Ibookedonline.com will not pay any compensation to you for any fraudulent transactions.

    Payments for Gift Vouchers are taken online at the time of purchase, payments will be made via Stripe, Sage Pay or PayPal, depending on the type of online payment processor the property has signed up with.

    No Gift Vouchers will be issued without a successful online payment being made.

    In some circumstances, Book Online Ltd may take payment for Gift Vouchers on behalf of the property/company, all payments for Gift Vouchers are transferred to the properties for which we may take payments for on a monthly basis. We do not hold any voucher payments, and your voucher will be redeemed directly with the company for which you purchased your vouchers.

    If iBookedOnline.com process the payment on behalf of the company for which you are purchasing a gift voucher for, it will appear as “iBookedonline GV” on your bank or card statement.

    For the avoidance of doubt, the contract for the sale and purchase of you Gift Voucher is between you and the company for which you are purchasing a voucher for.

    iBookedOnline.com owes no obligations to you the purchaser or redeemer, and will not be liable to you in any way in respect of any issues arising out of or in connection with the sale and purchase of your Gift Voucher, even in the event of the company for which you have purchased a Gift Voucher going into insolvency/administration or if they were to cease trading or for any other reason which would result in you being unable to use your Gift Voucher.

    If you are claiming a refund for purposes outside of our control, such as non-delivery of emails to your email address, or by the delay or failure of delivery to a postal address, you must be able to provide adequate proof that you have attempted to contact the company in the first instance to report such an issue, within 14 days of purchase.

    If your Gift Voucher is damaged during transit to you via a postal service, you must inform us straight away of the damaged incurred so that we can rectify the damage by re-issuing a replacement Gift Voucher.

    6. Cancellation Policies

    You have 14 days from the date of purchase to change your mind and cancel your Order which will end the contract between you and the company for which you have purchased a Gift Voucher for.

    After the initial 14 days, cancellation of Gift Vouchers is at the discretion of the company for which you purchased your voucher. If you wish to cancel your Gift Voucher, please contact the properties for which you bought the voucher in the first instance.

    If you received an error during your checkout, please contact the hotel in the first instance to check if the payment was successful, if you do not contact the company and you make a second transaction for the same voucher and this is proved to be a duplicate, please contact the company in the first instance and a refund will be issued for the duplicate voucher.

    7. Future correspondence
    By completing a booking, you agree to receive (i) an email which we may send you shortly prior to your arrival date, giving you information on your destination and providing you with certain information and offers (including third-party offers to the extent that you have actively opted in for this information) relevant to your booking and destination, and (ii) an email which we may send to you promptly after your stay at the hotel inviting you to complete our guest review form. The completed guest review may be uploaded onto the relevant hotel’s information page on our website for the sole purpose of informing (future) customers of your opinion of the service (level) and quality of the hotel. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews at our sole discretion. The guest review form should be regarded as a survey and does not include any (further commercial) offers, invitations or incentives whatsoever. Other than the email confirmation providing for the confirmation of the booking and the emails detailed above, we shall not send you any further (solicited or unsolicited) notices, emails or correspondence, unless you specifically agree otherwise.

    8. Disclaimer
    Subject to the limitations set out in these terms and conditions and to the extent permitted by law, we shall only be liable for direct damages actually suffered, paid or incurred by you due to an attributable shortcoming of our obligations in respect to our services, up to an aggregate amount of the aggregate cost of your reservation as set out in the confirmation email (whether for one event or series of connected events).

    However and to the extent permitted by law, neither we nor any of our officers, directors, employees, representatives, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, affiliate (distribution) partners, licensees, agents or others involved in creating, sponsoring, promoting, or otherwise making available the site and its contents shall be liable for (i) any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages, any loss of production, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of contract, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of claim, (ii) any inaccuracy relating to the (descriptive) information (including rates, availability and ratings) of the hotel as made available on our website, (iii) the services rendered or the products offered by the hotel, (iv) any (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, pursuant to, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use or delay of our website, or (v) for any (personal) injury, death, property damage, or other (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive) damages, losses or costs suffered, incurred or paid by you, whether due to (legal) acts, errors, breaches, (gross) negligence, willful misconduct, omissions, non-performance, misrepresentations, tort or strict liability by or (wholly or partly) attributable to the hotel (its employees, directors, officers, agents, representatives or affiliated companies), including any (partial) cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or any other event beyond our control.

    9. Delivery Policy
    The delivery method used for the confirmation of room bookings it via email. We will send on behalf of the establishment a confirmation email, to confirm your booking has been sent to them, along with payment details. You may also view your booking details in my bookings section of the website. However, you will be unable to do this if you elected not to save your details for future bookings.

    Gift vouchers may be emailed (to the email account entered during the purchasing process) or you may elect to have the gift voucher posted either in a normal envelope or gift box.

    If you have opted to receive your Gift Vouchers via email, you must let us know by email to enquiries@ibookedonline.com within 14 days of purchase if you have not received your Gift Voucher. Failure to do so will invalidate any claims for a refund.

    Gift vouchers that have been purchased with the postal method, will be posted within 24 hrs of receipt of the order and will be delivered via royal mail first class postal service.

    We cannot guaranty how long it will take to receive your posted gift voucher(s), however, if you have not received it within 3 working days, then please contact us, so we can assist with tracking down your voucher.

    10. Miscellaneous
    Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services or available at or used by our website and the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the contents and information of
    and material on our website are owned by Book on Line Ltd., its suppliers or providers.

    To the extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in England.

    If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you shall remain bound by all other provisions hereof. In such event, such invalid provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and you will at least agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable or non-binding provision, given the contents and purpose of these terms and conditions.

    Book on Line Ltd has its headquarters in Hampshire, in England and has various subsidiaries, branches and offices throughout the world. The subsidiaries, branches and offices only provide an internal supporting role to and for the benefit of Book on Line Ltd. The subsidiaries, branches and offices do not have any power or authority to render the service, to represent Book on Line Ltd or to enter into any contract in the name of, for or on behalf of Book on Line Ltd.
