David returned to the UK to open Grace & Savour and the restaurant was quickly awarded 4 AA rosettes for culinary excellence and included in the Good Food Guide's top 20 most exciting restaurants for 2022. The Michelin Guide says "dishes on the surprise menu blend classic and modern techniques; some are simple, while others are eye catching and eleaborate.
