The luck winner will be chosen at random and contacted by phone after the draw has taken place.
Only one entry per person will be counted.
Entries will close on Wednesday 31st May 2023 and the draw will take place on Thursday 1st June 2023
About the Festival
The Gin & Jazz Fest is an exciting new event that brings the best gin brands together with the best of artisan food and great jazz for a weekend of celebration in the grounds of the iconic New Place hotel in Shirrell Heath, Hampshire on Sunday July 23rd 2023 from 12 noon to 10pm.
Experience gins from around the world, listen to some great music and relax with a head and neck massage in our chill out area. Be entertained by our amazing street magician and get involved in our charity auction hosted by Charles Hanson. Join us for a great Summer party.
Things you need to know
Event is for people aged 18+
A Challenge 25 policy will be used - please bring ID if you look younger.
You are not allowed to bring alcohol or food on to the site. You may be searched on entry and items will be confiscated.
You can bring empty water bottles which you can fill free of charge on site.
This is a standing ticket. Some seating will be available. You can bring a folding chair and use it at your own risk.
No dogs or other pets allowed except assistance dogs. Please advise organisers if you need to bring one.
Limited parking on site. Please arrange taxis for safe travel.
There is wheelchair access but please remember this is an outdoor event on grass. Please contact organisers via web site ahead of the event to plan assistance.
Toilets, first aid and security are all available on site.
You can purchase products at the festival but you are not permitted to open or consume any purchase on site.
The event is planned as cash less - you can pay by credit or debit card or Apple Pay.
