Join Multi-Award Winning Chef Suree Coates on Saturday 21st September 2024

She will be hosting group of passionate foodies in her intimate restaurant located in historic Ironbridge, Shropshire. Chef Suree will share some of her lifelong cookery tips, and her story from her upbringing in Thailand, through to her successes as a much respected, and industry recognised authentic Thai Chef in the UK. Winner of ‘Curry Chef Of The Year’, alongside ‘Thai Curry Chef UK’ and championed by the Good Food Guide as a ‘Hidden Gem’ restaurant.

Class starts at 10.30am and finishes at 1.30pm

Includes welcome drinks and Thai nibbles. Followed by a 1.5 hour interactive demo by Chef Suree. Light Thai curry lunch.
